Beautiful
An Excellent Experience with Nikki Flower – 5/5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My name is Sanjeev Kumar, and I am a DSP in Karnataka. I ordered a beautiful flower bouquet and a cake from Nikki Flower for my elder sister, whom I lovingly call Baji. Actually, my sister is a little stubborn by nature, and she always prefers that I personally hand over gifts to her. Unfortunately, due to my official duties, I was unable to visit her in person from the airport. As a result, she repeatedly requested that the Nikki Flower delivery team postpone the delivery, hoping that I might be able to come and give her the gift myself. Because of these repeated requests, we may have caused some inconvenience to the Nikki Flower team. However, I truly appreciate the patience, understanding, and cooperation shown by the entire staff, including the lady staff member whose name I unfortunately do not know. They handled the situation with great professionalism, kindness, and understanding. Despite the repeated changes and requests, they remained cooperative and ensured that the gift was finally delivered to my beloved Baji. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Nikki Flower team for their excellent customer service, wonderful behaviour, positive attitude, and cooperation. The gift items were beautiful and of excellent quality, and I am genuinely happy with their service. For me, Nikki Flower deserves a full 5 out of 5 stars for the quality of its products, the professionalism of its staff, and, above all, the way they treat their customers. Thank you, Nikki Flower, for making this special moment memorable for my sister and me. Your excellent service and kind cooperation truly deserve appreciation. Highly recommended! Five stars from the bottom of my heart! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Warm regards, Sanjeev Kumar DSP, Karnataka

Delivered as promised
I sent some flowers to my wife in Narasaraopet. I was skeptical when ordering, because it’s small town. But they delivered as promised. They don’t have a vendor a shop in Narasaraopet but they delivered from Guntur. I am very satisfied. If you are ordering to some small town don’t worry they will deliver your order. At least they order for 522601 , which not a big city . I very satisfied with the service.

Good experience
Received the item today, but it does not look like the pictures displayed on the site. What you see is definitely not what you get. Hoping the seller updates the product photos to reflect the actual product. Overall experience is good. And customer services is appreciable.
