By accessing our website (nikkiflower.com), placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in its entirety, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.


1. General Disclaimer

NikkiFlower makes every reasonable effort to ensure that information published on this website — including product descriptions, images, pricing, and delivery information — is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant or represent that all content is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

  • Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary in colour, arrangement, size, or decoration due to the perishable and handmade nature of our offerings.
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.
  • NikkiFlower reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on this website at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

NikkiFlower reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to accept, modify, hold, decline, or cancel any order at any time and without being obligated to provide a reason. This right is exercised in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability at the time of fulfillment.
  • Inability to service the requested delivery location.
  • Suspected fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious orders.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information published due to a technical error.
  • Force majeure events as defined in our Terms & Conditions.

Where NikkiFlower cancels an order, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. No additional compensation will be payable.


3. Delivery Disclaimer

3.1 Delivery Timelines

While NikkiFlower makes every effort to deliver orders on the date and within the time slot selected by the Customer, delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including traffic conditions, weather, local restrictions, bandh, curfew, or high order volumes during peak periods.

NikkiFlower shall not be liable for any loss, disappointment, or inconvenience arising from delayed delivery due to such circumstances.

3.2 Same-Day Delivery Cut-off Times

Standard Same-Day Delivery Before 6:00 PM
Fixed Time Slot Delivery Before 6:30 PM
Midnight Delivery Before 7:00 PM

Orders placed after the above cut-off times will be processed for the next available delivery date. During peak periods (festivals, Valentine’s Week, etc.), cut-off times may be advanced without prior notice depending on capacity.

3.3 Non-Delivery Due to Customer / Recipient Fault

NikkiFlower shall not be responsible for non-delivery or failed delivery in the following circumstances, and no refund shall be issued in such cases:

  • The recipient is unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
  • The recipient refuses to accept the product for any reason whatsoever.
  • The delivery address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable.
  • The premises are locked, inaccessible, or restricted (e.g., gated communities without prior access permission).
  • NikkiFlower or its delivery partner is unable to reach the Customer or recipient for coordination.

3.4 Proof of Delivery

NikkiFlower does not guarantee the issuance of a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt. Delivery through our local vendor network may not include physical POD documentation. Our internal records, delivery logs, and vendor confirmations constitute sufficient evidence of delivery attempt or completion. The absence of a signed POD shall not be used as grounds for a refund or chargeback claim.


4. Substitution Policy

Due to the seasonal, regional, and perishable nature of our products, certain items may occasionally be unavailable at the time of fulfillment.

NikkiFlower reserves the right to substitute any product or component with an item of similar or higher value, while preserving the spirit, theme, and overall presentation of the original order.

Substitutions may include but are not limited to:

  • Replacement of specific flower varieties with a similar bloom of equivalent quality (e.g., red roses substituted with premium red carnations).
  • Changes in cake decoration, design, or finish while maintaining flavour and weight.
  • Substitution of packaging, add-on gifts, or message card formats depending on local availability.
  • Replacement of specific chocolate or sweet brands with equivalent products.

NikkiFlower’s substitution decisions are made by trained professionals and are final. No refund or compensation will be issued solely on the basis of a substitution made in good faith under this policy.


5. Perishable Products & Product Condition

All flowers, cakes, chocolates, and food-based gifts sold on NikkiFlower are perishable products. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that:

  • The shelf life of flowers, cakes, and food products is inherently limited.
  • Product freshness and condition after delivery are the recipient’s responsibility once accepted.
  • Any complaint regarding product condition must be raised within 1 (one) hour of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence, emailed to wecare@nikkiflower.com. Complaints raised after this window will not be entertained.
  • No returns are accepted on any perishable product under any circumstance once delivered.

6. Peak Season & Special Occasion Delivery Disclaimer

6.1 Valentine’s Week (7th – 14th February)

Valentine’s Week is one of our highest-volume periods. By placing an order between 7th and 14th February, Customers acknowledge and accept the following special terms:

  • Same-day delivery cut-off times during Valentine’s Week are subject to daily capacity limits and may close earlier than standard cut-off times without prior notice.
  • Due to extremely high order volumes, specific time-slot delivery cannot be guaranteed during Valentine’s Week.
  • Orders may be delivered on the next feasible delivery date in cases of operational constraints, weather disruptions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delays, date adjustments, or time-slot changes during Valentine’s Week do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or any compensation of any nature.
  • Our team operates round the clock during Valentine’s Week and makes every effort to deliver each order as promptly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

6.2 Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is one of our busiest single-day delivery occasions. By placing an order for Mother’s Day delivery, Customers acknowledge and accept the following special terms:

  • Same-day and specific date delivery cut-off times for Mother’s Day are subject to daily capacity limits and may close earlier than standard cut-off times without prior notice.
  • Due to extremely high order volumes on Mother’s Day, specific time-slot delivery cannot be guaranteed.
  • Orders may be delivered within an extended delivery window on Mother’s Day or, in exceptional cases, on the next feasible delivery date due to operational constraints, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delays, time-slot changes, or date adjustments on Mother’s Day do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or any compensation of any nature.
  • Our team makes every effort to deliver all Mother’s Day orders on the selected date. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

6.3 Other Peak Periods

The same relaxed delivery timeline terms apply during other peak occasions including but not limited to: Diwali, Holi, Father’s Day, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve. During these periods, NikkiFlower may extend delivery windows and cannot guarantee strict time-slot adherence. Placing an order during a peak period constitutes acceptance of these adjusted terms.


7. Intellectual Property

All content published on nikkiflower.com — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, photographs, logos, graphics, UI elements, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of NF Gifts Private Limited and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or use of any content from this website — in whole or in part — without prior written consent from NikkiFlower is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.
  • All trademarks, service marks, and brand names displayed on this website are the property of NikkiFlower or their respective owners.
  • User-generated content submitted to NikkiFlower (such as reviews or photos) grants NikkiFlower a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for promotional or operational purposes.

8. Website Accuracy & Availability

  • This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and even if NikkiFlower has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
