• NikkiFlower reserves the right to substitute items with a similar product of equal or higher value, while maintaining the essence of the selected item.

• Substitutions may include changes in flower variety, color, cake decoration, or gift packaging, based on local inventory and delivery timelines.

Valentine’s Week Delivery Policy (7th – 14th February)

Valentine’s Week is one of the busiest periods of the year, and we experience exceptionally high order volumes during this time.

To ensure smooth operations, please carefully review the following terms:

• The cut-off time for same-day delivery during Valentine’s Week is subject to daily capacity limits and may close earlier without prior notice.

• Due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee specific time-slot deliveries during Valentine’s Week.

• While we make every effort to deliver orders on the selected date, deliveries may be rescheduled to the next available date due to operational constraints, high order volume, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• In case same-day delivery is not possible, the order will be delivered on the next feasible delivery date.

• Delays occurring due to high order volume, logistical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances during Valentine’s Week shall not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation requests.

• By placing an order during Valentine’s Week, customers acknowledge and accept the possibility of delivery date adjustments and agree to these terms.
