Valentine’s Day Policy

Valentine’s Day is our busiest period of the year. To ensure timely delivery, please take note of the following:

• The cut-off time for Valentine’s Day delivery is 13th February (end of day).

• Due to high order volumes, we are unable to offer specific time-slot deliveries on Valentine’s Day.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time may be delivered on or after 15th February, depending on logistics and availability.

• We appreciate your understanding and will make every effort to deliver all Valentine’s orders at the earliest possible time.
