Honestly, NikkiFlower started the way most good things do - from a feeling. The feeling that when someone you love is sitting in another city on their birthday, and you can’t be there, you still want them to know you remembered. You still want them to open their door and find something that says “I was thinking of you today.”

That’s what we set out to do in May 2019, from Dhanbad, Jharkhand. No big fancy office, no huge team. Just a strong belief that flowers and cakes and a little bit of effort can say the things we sometimes struggle to say out loud.

More than 6 years later, we’re still doing exactly that - just at a much bigger scale. Today NikkiFlower delivers across 360+ cities all over India, from big metros like Mumbai and Delhi to smaller towns that most gifting websites won’t even bother with. And we’re proud of that.

How We Work

We work on a vendor partnership model, which basically means we have a network of local florists, bakers and gift partners in cities across India. So when you place an order for flowers in Pune or a cake in Chandigarh, it’s not coming from some central warehouse somewhere - it’s made fresh, locally, by someone who actually knows their craft.

We think that’s the right way to do it. Because flowers that are made fresh on the day of delivery look and smell completely different from flowers that have been sitting in cold storage for three days. And a cake that’s baked locally just tastes better. It’s that simple.

And if you’re someone who leaves things to the last minute (no judgement, we get it), we also offer same-day delivery and midnight delivery - because some of the most heartfelt surprises happen at 12 in the night.
