The basics
What is NikkiFlower Wallet?
It holds the value you have with us in two parts: Wallet Balance (rewards you earn on orders) and NikkiFlower Cash (refunds credited to you). You can use both on future orders.
What's the difference between Wallet Balance and NikkiFlower Cash?
Wallet Balance is rewards we give you on your orders. NikkiFlower Cash is money from refunds. Up to ₹100 from Wallet Balance on one order. NikkiFlower Cash can cover the rest of an order and does not expire.
Where can I see my balance?
On this page and at checkout after you log in. Tap View activity to see every credit and debit with dates.
I live outside India. Can I use my wallet?
Yes. Choose Email / outside India when you log in and we'll send the code to your email. You can send gifts to any of our 360+ cities.
Is my wallet balance safe?
Your balance is linked to your account and only usable after OTP login. Every credit and debit shows in your wallet activity.
Can I transfer my balance to someone else?
Your balance cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn to a bank. You can still send a gift to anyone and pay with your wallet.

How do I earn rewards?
Place an order while logged in. 10% of the paid amount on every delivered order, up to ₹200, credited after delivery.
How do I earn more?
Every delivered order earns. Festival bonuses, when we run them, are announced on this page.
How do I use my balance?
At checkout, your available balance shows above the payment options. Up to ₹100 from Wallet Balance on one order. NikkiFlower Cash can cover the rest of an order and does not expire.
Can I use my wallet with UPI or a card?
Your wallet is applied first. Pay the rest by UPI, card or net banking.
Can I use it on all products?
All flowers, cakes, combos and gifts on NikkiFlower.
Can I use it during sales and with coupons?
Wallet Balance and a coupon cannot be used together. NikkiFlower Cash can sit with a coupon.
Does my balance expire?
Wallet Balance expires 3 months after it is credited. NikkiFlower Cash does not expire. Any amount close to expiry shows at the top of this page with its date.
Orders, cancellations, refunds
What happens to my balance after I order?
The amount you used is deducted right away, and rewards from the new order are added after delivery. Both show in wallet activity.
What if I cancel an order?
Any wallet amount you used comes back. Rewards from a cancelled order are removed.
How do refunds work with the wallet?
Refunds are credited as NikkiFlower Cash, ready for your next gift.
What happens to rewards after a refund?
Rewards earned on a refunded or cancelled order are reversed.
My balance looks wrong. Who do I contact?

NikkiFlower Wallet: get a little back on every gift
We started NikkiFlower in 2019 as a small Dhanbad based team with one simple idea. Sending flowers or a cake to someone you love should feel easy, even when you live in a different city. Today our local florists and bakers deliver to 360+ cities, and a lot of our customers come back to us for every birthday, anniversary and Raksha Bandhan. NikkiFlower Wallet is our way of saying thank you for that.

What is NikkiFlower Wallet?
It's a wallet that lives inside your NikkiFlower account. There's no separate app to download and nothing extra to sign up for. Log in with your mobile number and you'll find it already there, keeping track of the value you have with us. It has two parts, and it helps to know which is which.
Wallet Balance and NikkiFlower Cash
Wallet Balance is the reward you earn every time you place an order. Send a bouquet of red roses for your mom's birthday today, and part of that order comes back to you as Wallet Balance for the next occasion.
NikkiFlower Cash is for refunds. If an order is cancelled, or something goes wrong and we owe you money, we credit it to your wallet as NikkiFlower Cash so it's ready for your next gift.
You can see both on your wallet page, with every credit and debit listed by date. Nothing is hidden, and you don't need to call anyone just to check your balance.
How to use your wallet balance
Choose a gift, pick the delivery date and go to checkout. Your available balance shows up above the payment options. Apply it, and pay whatever is left the way you normally do. You can use up to ₹100 from Wallet Balance on one order. NikkiFlower Cash does not expire.
Why log in before you order
Rewards are added to your account, so you need to be logged in to collect them. If you check out as a guest your order is delivered just the same, but you won't receive anything back in your wallet. Logging in takes a few seconds with an OTP on your phone, or with Google.
Make the most of it
Your savings go further when the gift is right the first time. Our Custom Gift Builder lets you put together flowers, a cake and small add-ons yourself. The Cake Size Calculator tells you how many kg you need for your guest count, and the Gift Message Finder helps when you're stuck on what to write on the card.
Timing matters too. Forgot a birthday? Express delivery can reach in 3 to 4 hours in many cities. Want to be the first one to wish? Book a midnight delivery between 11 PM and 12:30 AM, or an early morning slot from 7 AM to 9 AM so it's the first thing they see when they wake up.
