At NikkiFlower, we are committed to delivering smiles through fresh flowers, cakes, and thoughtful gifts. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, please review our updated cancellation and refund policy carefully:
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Cancellations are not allowed for:

Courier and personalized products

Same-day or express delivery orders

To cancel an order, email wecare@nikkiflower.com with the subject: “Cancellation Request”.
Your email must include:

Reason for cancellation

Refund account details (for offline payments)
Note: A cancellation charge of 5% to 20% may apply depending on the product type and processing stage.
2. Important Notes on Perishable Products (Flowers & Cakes)

We deal in fresh and perishable items, which may be subject to seasonal or regional availability.

Cake designs and floral arrangements may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to local supplier constraints, while maintaining size and quality standards.

No refunds will be entertained for minor variations in design or presentation.
3. Reporting Delivery Issues

If you believe you have received wrong, damaged, or substandard flowers, you must email us within 1 hour of delivery to claim a replacement or refund.

Clear images of the product received

Description of the issue

Claims raised after 1 hour from delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement, especially for perishable products like flowers.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

Wrong or defective product delivered

Non-delivery of the order

Valid order cancellation as per policy
Refunds are not applicable in other situations, including:

Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

5. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only through the original mode of payment.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed via cheque or bank transfer upon receipt of bank details.

Refunds take 7–10 working days to process after verification.
Refund amount will not exceed the original payment amount under any condition.
6. Excess Payment Handling
In case of accidental overpayment, the excess amount will be used to enhance your order (upgraded bouquet or cake). Such excess payments are non-refundable.
