Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Cancellations are not permitted for the following:

Courier and personalized products

Same-day or express delivery orders

A cancellation charge of 5% to 20% may apply depending on the product type and the order’s processing stage.
Non-Perishable Products
We understand that a product may sometimes not meet your expectations. For non-perishable items, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product is:

Unused and in its original packaging

Accompanied by all accessories and tags
Damaged in Transit:
If your non-perishable item arrives damaged, please record a video while unboxing and send it to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue and process your return quickly.
Perishable Products (Flowers & Cakes)

We deal in fresh, perishable items that may vary slightly due to seasonal or regional availability.

Cake designs and floral arrangements may differ slightly from images shown online, depending on local supplier availability, while maintaining quality and quantity standards.

Minor variations in design or presentation are not eligible for refunds.
Reporting Delivery Issues
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or substandard product, please email us within 1 hour of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Claims raised after 1 hour from delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement, especially for perishable products.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via cheque or bank transfer once bank details are provided.

Excess Payment Handling
If an accidental overpayment occurs, the excess amount will be utilized to enhance your order (e.g., upgraded bouquet or cake).
Such excess payments are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Once the order is placed, the product will be delivered within 1–2 business days, based on your selected date and time.
Refund Policy
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Policy
Once a return request is approved, in case of replacement or exchange, the product will be delivered within 1–2 business days.
